The Forerunners Education inspires students and their families to take charge of their education, and to use their learning as a means of making a difference in the world, by nurturing their love for learning.

We are a community of experienced, creative and forward-thinking educational experts, striving to revolutionise education for our young Muslims.

Based in the UK, we understand the challenges our children face in mainstream schools. We are here to make a difference by touching your child's heart and reviving their passion for learning.

We are here to serve our community beyond any curriculum. We nurture our young people and contribute to their development, whether that happens in small group environments, outdoor events, intellectually stimulating activities and more.

What's available?

Our clubs and short courses

Each club has its own focus, but they all share the same intention: to support growth beyond the curriculum. Sessions run in small groups, online, and are open to children who study with us and to those who do not.

Computing

Digital Heroes Computing Club

Digital Heroes introduces students to the world of computing in a way that feels hands-on and exciting, allowing them to build real skills while developing confidence with technology. Sessions cover coding, programming and web development, alongside Islam-oriented digital citizenship, and every child leaves having built digital projects of their own.

Reading and literacy

The Forerunners Children's Book Club

The Forerunners Children's Book Club exists to raise literacy within the Muslim community. Each block takes a small group of children through a book chosen for its ideas and its role models, with guided reading, discussion and reflection that build reading stamina, vocabulary and the confidence to express a view. It is suitable for all readers, and it gives young people the knowledge and wisdom to grow in love and confidence in their faith.

Speaking and confidence

Debate Club

Our Debate Club is focused on helping students develop confidence in speaking, articulating their thoughts, and engaging in meaningful discussions with others.

Online Arabic classes and a Creative Arts Club

Two new initiatives are on the way: Arabic for children, as a gateway to understanding the Qur'an, and a Creative Arts Club that runs from crocheting to abstract art and video-making.
